Includes dryland storage, cover removal & re-installation. Maximum 22 launches. Each additional launch/retrieve $40. Minimum one-hour notice required. Fenders & lines must remain attached and ready to use. Service available 9am - 6pm daily in season. Launches after 6pm must be booked before 5:00pm & launches before 9am must be booked the previous day. If possible, weekend launches should be booked before the end of the day Friday. Please make special arrangements with us if launching after Thanksgiving weekend. |

Boat not on trailer our regular haul/launch fees apply
In shared shelters owners will not have access to their boats between-November to mid-April. No work can be performed on the boat at any time while in the shared shelters. To accommodate your need to do any work, our price includes one move from the yard to the shelter in fall or from the shelter to the yard in spring.

Individual shelter price includes the use of a storage box for miscellaneous equipment.
All prices include the move into storage. Moving out of storage in spring will be charged at our posted rates except for those docking with us the following season, in which case there is no charge.
All requests for covered storage are subject to management approval as beam width & height are factors in our ability to accommodate them.

CHANDLERY
Goods, GoodiesThe Victuals ('vittles') cabin has ice, ice cream, snacks, quick meals, drinks. The Chandlery carries essential nautical equipment and supplies, including marine charts.
BY & LARGE
We are not responsible for damage, theft or deterioration while the boat is at Long Island Marine. All boats using our facilities MUST carry year-round insurance with minimum $1,000,000.00 liability coverage. It is our policy that owners are allowed to perform work themselves on their own boats. However, no work will be allowed which, at the sole discretion of the management, could cause an environmental hazard or be a nuisance to other boats or owners. This includes sanding & painting while the boat is in the water. No mechanics or any other trades people or professionals other than the owner may work on Long Island Marine Inc premises unless Long Island Marine does not provide such service. Any such contractors hired by owners must be pre-approved by the Marina and must provide a certificate of insurance naming Long Island Marine Inc as an insured, with a minimum $2,000,000.00 liability coverage.

Inside Winter Storage
50% August 15th (with a post-dated cheque or credit card authorization for the balance).

You may spread year-round dockage and storage fees over 12 months, summer dockage fees over 5 months and winter storage fees over 7 months. The monthly payments must be secured by post-dated cheques or a credit card authorization. With a credit card, the payments will automatically be charged to the card on the appropriate date. There is no charge for this service.
Outside Winter Storage
Full payment October 15th
You may spread year-round dockage and storage fees over 12 months, summer dockage fees over 5 months and winter storage fees over 7 months. Mechanical & all other repairs

Due to rapidly escalating costs for commercial & hazardous waste removal we are forced to add a 1% charge on most invoices to cover these costs.

- Boat or motor cannot be released to customer until invoice is paid in full.
- Interest at 2% per month charged on overdue accounts.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- 1% Environmental disposal fee is applied to most prices.
- Boat lengths and widths are calculated by Length Overall (LOD)
- No credits or refunds on services included but not used
- All rates quoted are subject to applicable taxes
